Kristen Nicholson, PhD, joined the Wake Forest pitching lab staff in October 2018 as the director of the lab and lead of biomechanics research. She earned her undergraduate in Mathematical Science from Clemson University in 2010 and her MS and PhD in Biomechanics and Movement Science from the University of Delaware in 2015. Dr. Nicholson wrote her dissertation on a mathematical model for measuring scapular motion and became an expert in upper extremity biomechanics.

Nancy Newell is a Baseball Strength and Conditioning Coach at Rockland Peak Performance in Paramus, NJ and is the Event Coordinator for The Baseball Education Center. She started her coaching career 6 years ago working with softball and baseball athletes at the high school, college and even professional ranks. Including 2 years at Cressey Sports Performance and 2 years as the Director of Sports Performance at The Strength House in Worcester, MA. Nancy is best known for providing forefront knowledge when it comes to the sport of baseball. She consults with various NCAA colleges such as the University of Florida, Alabama and Washington softball teams. Along with consulting she is an active public speaker at numerous events including being a presenter at the World's Softball Coaches Convention. Coach Newell holds a bachelor’s degree in Fitness Development from the State University of New York at Cortland.

Completed my MBA while playing and Pre-Med undergrad in college.Starting a MS in Athlete Development in December. Help run a non-profit called Baseball Miracles since 2013 that has allowed me to serve around the world through baseball. All American Honorable Mention (2011) Student Athlete Advisory Committee President and President's Award recipient at CSU Bakersfield (2011) Volunteered and served around the world, most recently with hurricane clean up in Lake Charles, LA.

Ryan Allee is an Outside Sales Representative at Rapsodo, differentiating and marketing Rapsodo products and services to college coaches, academies, high schools, and individuals. He went to DePauw University where he majored in English Writing and Economics. Ryan was the starting catcher while attending DePauw. His passion for the game comes from growing up in St. Louis and being exposed to the game at such a young age. He began playing at 3 years old and was happy whether he was attending a game or playing.
