Why Are Major League Superstars Ditching The 4-Seam Fastball for THE KING OF ALL PITCHES (and throwing it 50% of the time)...

How To Throw A Filthy Sinker That Turns You Into A Pitcher That’s Feared And Respected & Makes Hitters Look Downright Foolish!

You can learn it today & throw it tomorrow,
throw to any hitter in any count, any situation
plus, its safe for any age pitcher!

absolutely no situation where the sinker can’t help you.”

Let me ask you a few questions…

  • Do you want to ring up more strike outs, have hitters tap weak ground ball outs and force soft contact on your terms?
  • Do you want to become the pitcher that no hitter can seem to figure out?
  • Do you want to be the pitcher that frustrates, dominates and humiliates hitters?
  • Do you want to be the go-to pitcher that coaches look to pitch big, must win games?

Most pitchers with a beating heart, answer yes to those questions.

Now, let me ask you some harder questions?

  • Have you ever been stuck in a 3-1 count and felt trapped into throwing a fastball over the plate because you didn’t want to walk the hitter?
  • Have you ever NOT wanted to throw a first pitch fastball to a first pitch fastball hitter, you didn’t have another pitch you could trust for a strike?
  • Do you hate being forced to retreat to your fastball in 2-0 and 3-2 counts because you need a strike and the fastball is the only pitch (up until now) you have command over?
  • Can you remember the last frozen rope, line drive or towering home run you gave up? If we could wind back the clock and have another chance, would you have liked to have thrown a ball with some movement?
  • When you think of change-up, the first word that pops in your mind is “slow”, right?
  • Do you hate throwing your change up because you feel like it’s just going to look like a weak fastball and get crushed?
  • When the catcher throws down a change up, does energy sap from your body?

If you answered yes to any of those tough questions, then the only next step is to do what most Major League superstars are doing and add the King Of All Pitches: THE SINKER to your arsenal today.

You’re in luck because the sinker is fast and easy to learn. You could learn it today and throw it tomorrow (or even today).

Plus, its safe for any age pitcher to throw. A 7 year old can throw it as safely (and effectively) as a 27 year old.

Now, before I reveal the Big League pitchers ditching their 4-seam fastball for the sinker, imagine this scenario…

YOUR TEAM IS PLAYING IN A TITLE GAME and…

…your coach has tapped you to be the starting pitcher.

The team you’re facing has played 4 games over the last few days. If you interviewed each hitter on the other team and asked them:

“What two pitches have you seen over the last 4 games?”

What do you think they would say?

Yup! You guessed it right: Fastball and curveball.

IMPORTANT FACT: A hitter can only hit what they’ve experienced.

With that fact being true:

You DON’T want to show up with the same two pitches they’ve seen the most (and gotten used to) over the last few games.

YOU want to be the pitcher that shows up with something different. You want to throw a pitch that passes…

The 3-ATES Pitch Test

Huh? 3-ATES?

I’ll explain.

You want a pitch that…

--> FrustrATES a hitter because he can't figure out how to hit you and never get comfortable in the box.

--> DominATES hitting because you get hitters out at will, forcing them to tap weak ground balls and whiff for strikes outs

--> HumiliATES hitters by simply toying with them and getting them to wave at pitches out in front.

For you, the pitch that passes the 3-ATES Test is THE SINKER.

The best part...

Those hitters (and any hitter) will not have experienced the devastating sinker your about to unleash.

REMEMBER: They can’t hit what they have not experienced.

This is the reason so many Major League pitchers are ditching their fastballs for a “strike out producing and ground ball rolling” sinkers.

Check out the headlines for yourself…

World Series Hero, Kyle Hendricks

Throws 39.2% Sinkers!

“His sinker makes him the real 31% chase rate... Do you know what that means? A .200 Batting Average against his sinker!”

2x Cy Young Award Winner, Corey Kluber

37.4% of his pitches are Sinkers!

2-Time All-Star, Zach Britton

Throws 98.1% Sinkers and zero four seamers!

Rookie Of The Year and 2-Time All Star, Jacob DeGrom

28.9% of his pitches are sinkers!

“While the curve and change have each remained secondary pitches, the other three offerings have moved around, as deGrom has replaced his four-seamers with sinkers.”

-as reported by Beyond the Box Score

National League All Star, Noah Syndergaard

40% of his pitches are sinkers!

“He’s just locking up hitters with it.”

Cy Young Award Winner, Rick Porcello

59.9% of his pitches are sinkers!

“More than anything, he takes the mound with a lot of confidence. He's able to get two outs with one pitch with that sinker. He's been a model of consistency.”

-Pitching Coach John Farrell

2-Time Cy Young Winner, Roy Halladay

Threw 43% Sinkers during Perfect Game and No-Hitter

You Can Learn The Sinker Today,
But Not From Your Coach

Why aren’t more coaches teaching the sinker?

Easy answer: They don’t understand how or they think the sinker and the 2-seam fastball are the same thing.

Not true.

The difference between a 2-seam and a sinker is this:

A 2-seam you change the grip, let it rip and hope it moves. Sometimes is does and sometimes it doesn’t. You are not in control of the movement.

With a sinker, you have total control over the movement. If you want it to move a little or a lot, it’s up to you. You’re not loosing one up there with your fingers crossed.

The other reason coaches don’t teach the sinker is their too romantic about the change up.

There’s a few problems with that thinking:

1. Change Ups are hard to throw - Most coaches don’t realize that a pitcher actually needs a lot of strength to throw a good change up

2. Most pitchers despise change up’s because they feel it’s “slow”

3. Pitchers don’t trust their change ups, so in 2-0, 3-1 counts they become a 1-pitch pitcher and retreat back to their fastball and it usually gets crushed because hitters know what’s coming.

Learn It Today, Dominate Tomorrow (or even today)

If you can throw a 4 seam fastball you can throw a sinker. Why do you think big league pitchers are switching over so fast?

It doesn’t take years, months or even days to learn it. With the right program, you can learn it in a few hours

Don’t take my word for it...

Paul,
I purchased your sinker training
last year on the day of a game.
I watched the videos in my office
at the end of the day prior to
our bus leaving.

Our starter
that day was doing his normal
routine during our pregame.
I went to him and told
him I wanted him to throw a
few sinkers in the bullpen while
he was getting loose.

He said I don't know how.
After going over the basic stuff
you talk about in your video he
was throwing it. I went over a
few of the thought patterns
behind the pitch and who we
might throw it against. 5 innings
later he had thrown his 1st career no-hitter
and we had won 11-0.

All my guys are now
throwing it to some extent.

Thank you for all you do for the game of baseball,
keep the material coming.

Win The Day,
Josh Hoyle
Head Varsity Baseball

Here’s why the sinker is so easy to learn and works so darn well.

1. IT’S IN THE FASTBALL FAMILY - You’re just going to make a tweak to your forearm, wrist and hand angle at release point. So, if you can throw a fastball, you can throw a sinker.

2. YOU THROW THE HECK OUT OF IT. Pitchers hate the change up because they think “slow”. With a sinker you can stay in fastball mode, fastball mindset and fastball body. Grip it and rip and watch that puppy dance. The hitter will read fastball and then….ooops! 🙂

3. USE IT BEHIND IN THE COUNT - Don’t you hate having to serve up a fastball when you’re behind in the count because it’s the only pitch you can trust to keep in the zone. Not anymore! You can throw the sinker 3-1, 2-0, 2-1 and 3-2 and anytime you need a strike.

Now, instead of just laying a fastball in there for them to tee off on, you’ll now have a filthy pitch with movement in the zone that forces weak contact or swings and misses

4. USE IT AS A PUT AWAY PITCH - The same sinker you threw 3-1 is devastating when used 0-2, 1-2 and 2-2 as a put away pitch. All you have to do is adjust your target and boom! You now have another pitch you can throw anytime for strikes and a proven put away pitch anytime you need close an at-bat.

5. USE IT ON ANY HITTER - Most hitters, even college and pro hitters (Again, why do you think Big League pitchers are switching over) will never have seen a sinker before. REMEMBER: A hitter can only hit what he’s experienced.

You’ll be the first pitcher in your area to throw a sinker.

Here’s a message I got from a Dad who’s son was the first in his league to throw a sinker!

My son Nick is the only kid in our league that throws a sinker for strikes (deadly). He has learned how to get guys out with pitches just off the plate, none of which would have been possible without your program. It sits square in the middle of our browser toolbar, ready to click and review daily.

ARM HEALTH -  Throwing a sinker is one of the safest pitches a pitcher can throw. Your arm pronates (turns palm out) on every pitch anyway. The sinker is setting that safe angle early

It’s safe for any age pitcher to throw. You could be 7 years old and in your first year of kid pitch or 27 years old in your 5th season in the bigs. It’s safe and effective, that’s why we call it the mother of all pitches.

IT FLAT OUT MAKES HITTERS LOOK FOOLISH

You Don’t Need Crazy Movement To Make Hitters Look Foolish With Your New Sinker.

In fact, I’d argue that sometimes too much movement is not good for your sinker. You may want to back the movement down a little.

You want one thing two things to happen when you throw a sinker.

1) You want hitter to read fastball (and be fooled)

2) You want the hitter to swing

How many inches does it take to turn a line drive and turn it into a ground ball or a swing and a miss?

Just a few inches is the difference between a pitcher who gets crushed and a pitcher who rings up hitters.

Hitters Will Hate You!

Imagine being in a 3-1 count and the hitter is digging in waiting for you to lay a fastball right over the plate, like most pitchers do in that count.

You wind up, he tightens his grip, his eyes get big, he loads up and starts his his “home run power, launch angle producing, exit velocity firing” swing and then….whoops…he swings and misses and does one of these…

All of a sudden there’s a few seconds of weird silence as the hitter (and everyone else in the park) tries to figure out what just happened.

After a few moments of the hitter collecting himself and guessing that maybe you just got lucky, he digs in and fully expects you to just float a fastball in on 3-2. After all, thats what most pitchers do because we’re so afraid to walk hitters and this hitter also knows pitchers usually turn into 1 pitch pitchers when trapped in these counts.

He digs in again get’s ready to swing and this time you unleash a sinker that does this…

The now confused, frustrated and humiliated hitter walks back to the dugout trying to figure out how you just made him look so foolish.

As soon as he enters the dugout his teammates nervously ask him “What pitch was that?”

He shakes his head, “I don’t know”

Guess what you just did? You just sent a message of fear rattling through the opposing teams dugout.

TRUTH: A confused hitter can’t hit.

IT GETS BETTER: Have you over heard of visual velocity?

It’s when your fastball actually looks faster than it really is.

There’s a few ways to get visual velocity.

One way, and the easiest way, is strategic.

The Logic Is Simple:

Your fastball looks faster when a hitter is looking for another pitch.

Now, that confused hitter is going to bat again, but this time you’ll drive the stake in ever deeper and frustrate him even more.

He’ll be guessing trying to figure out how to react to your sinker and then…uh oh…you zip an elevated fastball by him that looks at least 3mph to 5mph faster because he was looking for your sinker 🙂

It looks like this….

Why Should You Listen To Me

By now, you’ve seen the proof of the Big League pitchers ditching their 4-seam fastball for a sinker, you’ve seen with your own eyes it doesn’t take a lot of movement to turn a line drive into a ground ball or swing and miss and you know the sinker gives you a weapon that very few pitchers will even have and even fewer will master.

At this point, I think my credentials are meaningless, you have the proof already. I’ll give you the highlights of my coaching career in a sec.

Before that, I’ll let my students tell you why should really listen to what I’m teaching you about the throwing a filthy sinker..

"FREAKY SINKER MOVEMENT"

Paul,

You're the man. My son, Frank, is dominating with the sinker you taught him. He's the only pitcher in the area who knows it. In LL All-Stars this summer he was 3-0 and no one had a clue as to why his pitches had so much movement. When the pitching coach was warming him up before the game and saw the freaky movement of his sinker, he wisely made a decision to have him throw it more than 40% of the time.

Just like Roy Halladay. I can't believe this amazing pitch has been over-looked by so many for so long - especially when it's so easy to learn. Thanks a million for teaching it.

-Matt Furey

"DEVASTATING SINKER"

Since purchasing your program, Kyle has steadily improved his mechanics and has added a devastating sinker

Yesterday he touched 70mph!

What's more, this wasn't a one pitch wonder.  He threw 20 consecutive pitches that ranged between 68 and 70 mph.

-Paul H

"MASTERED SINKER IN A FEW DAYS"

In August, my 12 year old son Nathan watched your sinker videos and it has been a substantial asset to his arsenal. He mastered that pitch within a couple of days. Often it may be hit, but dribbled right back to him or it produces a routine ground ball.

The batters (and coaches) have no idea what pitch they swung at.....fun to watch

-Chris

"Deadly Sinker For Strikes"

My son Nick is the only kid in our league that throws a sinker for strikes (deadly). He has learned how to get guys out with pitches just off the plate, none of which would have been possible without your program. It sits square in the middle of our browser toolbar, ready to click and review daily.
